Letter from CAADPE President expresses concern of 1115 Waiver

Senate Democrats Propose to Eliminate ADP
Senate Democrats and State Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg have announced a restructuring plan that completely eliminates the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs.
